Munia and I are incredibly similar so we connect on many levels. As a psychologist she’s been trained to understand humans, but I credit her sophisticated insights to who she is as a person, rather than her education. We’re both perfectionists, and since she has more experience as one than I do she’s helped me come to terms with this helpful and toxic trait. As homage to this, and an act of gratitude to her, I decided to be brave and leave my work undone, imperfect, undeveloped and uncertain like the philosophy of both the lives that we live.
