My grandad is someone who is very special in my life. He truly is someone to love and admire as his raw sense of humour and generosity shine throughout his life. He has suffered from a severe case of shingles for nine years and it is inspiring how he never lets the pain put barriers between those who he loves. He is such an inspirational person. He tells ‘grandad stories’ which I love and will treasure forever. I love my grandad and every time I am with him, I find myself closer to my heart.
