Nicholas Harding Portrait of Barry O'Keefe

Barry O’Keefe is the commissioner of the Independent Commission Against Corruption who has also been a patron of Nicholas Harding’s over several years. He has a general love and enthusiasm for the arts and a very enthusiastic personality. Harding found his subject difficult to paint in that he fidgeted and wouldn’t keep still but, having known O’Keefe over a long time, he was able to complete a lot of the work from memory.
