Olivia Phoon Hazy recollections

My body of work is informed by ideas relating to ancestry and untold stories. Using my grandmother's photographic album I explored this concept, focusing on my paternal grandmother and other female relatives. In doing this, my intent is to shine a light on the stories that go untold due to fading memories and the passage of time. The conceptual blur used throughout this series represents these obscured connections.
