Ron Robertson-Swann (born 1941) is best known for his abstract metal sculptures, although painting is also essential to his practice. He has taught art and was head of sculpture at the Canberra School of Art and National Art School.

The Ron Robertson-Swann archive at the Art Gallery of New South Wales as assembled by the artist and is his main archival collection, documenting his life and art from the time of his earliest exhibitions. The core of the archive is a set of portfolio volumes, which include catalogues, press clippings, photographs and other documentation.
