Mr Lachlan Edwards Member, Art Gallery of NSW Trust

Lachlan Edwards is a founder of Faraday Associates, an independent corporate advisory firm based in Sydney. He has previously held senior executive positions at Lazard, Goldman Sachs (Sydney and London), Rothschild Australia and NM Rothschild & Sons London. He has also worked at Samuel Montagu and IBM Australia.

He currently serves as the chair of Matilda Nepean, a private hospital in Western Sydney, deputy chair of the Bell Shakespeare Company, and a non-executive director of both Hotel Property Investments. Lachlan is the Trustee representative on the Art Gallery Society Council. He also serves on various board committees of each of these entities. He is a former chair of both the Turnaround Management Association of Australia and the Advisory Finance Committee of the Sisters of Charity Australia, as well as a former governor of English National Ballet and trustee of Sydney Living Museums (now Museums of History NSW).
